This exhibition stand for Copthorn Homes won the 1st prize award at the Property Investors Exhibition, Excel, London 2002. The success of the stand can be encapsulated in its user friendly and enviting form. The shape of the stand with its arched fins directs you to the centre desk where you are greeted and served with a fresh coffee from the coffee machine that is hidden and built in to the bespoke reception desk. Flanking the outside of this stand are strategically placed touch screen interactive displays, showcasing future developments. This tool is highlly effective as potential clients will not feel pressured to go on to the stand and will be able to find out what is on offer before continuing on for more information….. ‘the hard sell’ without ‘the hard sell’….
Once on the stand comfortable furnishings envite you to sit down and enjoy your coffee. The life size imagery creates a sence of space. The clear acrylc fins difuse the consealed strip lighting and act as a vehicle to suspend vinyl lettering. Both light and attractive imagery were needed to create a sence of space for this limited area to work as an effective sales centre for Copthorn Homes.
